Alexander is a Senior Manager at Kiel Advisory Group, with over 3 years specialist risk culture experience within financial institutions.
He has an academic foundation in organisational psychology and psychology, and extensive experience in corporate culture and consulting roles, as well as insight from seven years in the government sector in a risk assessment and quality assurance capacity.
Alexander has worked within Risk Culture teams to lead and support risk culture assessments across organisations, including design and utilisation of surveys, focus groups, and interviews with senior leaders in addition to qualitative and quantitative analysis of results. He has designed and delivered educational sessions for senior leaders on the topic of risk culture.
