Jenny Lam

Jenny is an Organisational Psychologist, an approved supervisor by the Psychology Board of Australia and an expert in behavioural assessments and interventions. Apart from her Master qualification in Psychology, Jenny also holds a Master in Risk Management (Business Operations). With over 8 years of experience as a Behavioural Scientist, she has worked with a large variety of institutions, teams, and individuals to assess and understand their behavioural tendencies and styles and recommend tailored interventions. Her clients come from a wide range of industries, ranging from public sector organisations, SMEs to multinational corporations, both locally in Australia and internationally.

In more recent years, Jenny has focused on managing large scale Talent Management campaigns where she led a team of Psychologists spanning across APAC to gather data driven insights in supporting selection and development initiatives. She has deep experience facilitating honest discussions amongst business leaders to reflect on the current status of its organisational culture and team dynamic and formulating strategies to bring relevant changes to the workplace.
