Kimberley Khaw

Kimberley is a Specialist Advisor at Kiel Advisory Group, where she assists in facilitating workshops, designing and implementing risk culture assessments, and advancing cultural research. Kimberley completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) and a Master’s of Organisational Psychology degree. As part of her academic research, she used social and emotional content to evaluate how people interpret social cues. She then examined the effects of interpreting social cues on performance in an online task that required team coordination.

Kimberley leverages her experience in assessments, organisational development and change management within the corporate sector. She previously aided in the development of psychometric tools and analysed personality feedback assessments. She has also coordinated learning materials to assist with departmental change initiatives.
