Lily is a Specialist Adviser at Kiel Advisory Group and an expert in applied and empirical organisational psychology research. She has cross-cultural experience operating in Australia and Asia.
Lily conducted a series of risk culture assessments for financial institutions in Australia, working with the Applied Finance Business School at Macquarie University. She also conducted a statistical validation study to establish the Risk Culture Scale developed by Profs. Elizabeth Sheedy and Barbara Griffin, and led a translation study of the scale into Chinese.
Lily is highly skilled at primary and applied research, with particular expertise in the cognitive processes underlying language; she has in-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative language analytics and their use in organisational behaviour and culture assessment.
Lily is fluent in English and Putonghua and has been awarded a range awards and grants related to her research in China and Australia. She has also published over 10 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and is a consulting editor for the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience.
