Peta is a Specialist Advisor at Kiel Advisory Group, where she assists with the design and implementation of risk culture assessments, facilitates workshops and training, and contributes to ongoing cultural research and thought leadership. She has a background in psychology, including a Master’s of Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). She has conducted academic research into the impact of safety climate on individual performance in high-risk occupations, and cognitive flexibility.

Prior to advisory work, Peta gained experience within the specialist Risk Culture team at CBA, where she assisted with cultural research and assessment across a broad range of business functions. Peta also brings expertise and experience in psychometric assessment, survey design and administration, as well as data analysis and reporting.
As a Registered Psychologist, Peta brings a strong research capability and understanding of the application of psychology principles to behaviour in the workplace.
