Supervisory reviews of behavioural and/or cultural risk in individual institutions
A range of situations may give rise to a review of culture within an individual institution: following a particular incident, as a pilot for a broader program, or to simply build deeper insight on an institution. We can conduct cultural reviews at both leadership and frontline levels for a variety of supervisory purposes. Our methods are designed to focus on the regulator’s specific mandate, build mutual insight that serves a variety of purposes, and contribute to a constructive dynamic between the institution and agency.
